  Great food and drinks.  But too often there's no one to greet us at the entrance and will find ourselves waiting there for an indefinite amount of time.  We've walked out twice now rather than wait then we go to other places nearby which don't do this.

  I went to this location on the 26th of September after placing a to go order online. When I arrive there they cannot find my order and they told me that I did not place my order there. I pulled up my receipt showing that I did place my order there and then they realized that they had not pushed it through yet. They told me I would have to wait 20 minutes for my order and I told him I cannot do that and wanted a refund. They told me it would take three weeks for this credit to go back onto my account because of the way I ordered it online. It is October 22 and I still do not have my refund from Buffalo wild wings. I called them at corporate and told them that I still don't have my order and they had to put in another ticket which means I could be waiting another few weeks for my refund to go through. I would never go back to that location or to Buffalo wild wings ever again after this horrible experience.

  My co-workers and I placed a to-go order for lunch. Requested it for 11:30 and showed up at 11:40 knowing it's never ready on time. Still had to wait until 11:55 before it was finally ready.
  
  It's become a game with my co-workers to guess how they'll mess up the order; there's always something. This time it was an order of fries that was missing. Too much of a hassle to go back for it; I called them hoping they'd refund me for it, but they refused and said I'd have to come back to the store.
  
  As for the food we did get, the wings were cold, we all lined up at the microwave to try to salvage. My special request for "extra wet" went ignored as most of them seemed to only have a little sauce on one side and completely dry on the other. I got a side of thai curry sauce; it was my first time trying it and I'm a fan, going to make that a regular part of the rotation.
  
  Slow service, little attempt to rectify their mistake, and cold food. Of course their sauces are always amazing; the only reason I still go there and the only thing preventing it from a 1-star review.

  I like this place, but when I order 20 wings to go with various flavors, I do not want just 18 wings.  These wings ain't cheap, so I do not need to be shorted.  Heck we didn't know we were shorted until we got home.  Cmon guys, it's not like I ordered 200 wings, Sheesh!!

  Well... that was no question the worst experience I have ever had eating out. From the start the server wanted no part of being there. On a wing Tuesday with the place at half capacity and all 6 people ordering a small order of wings took over an hour to come out! The other servers we would flag down to order or get water until all of them were simply out of sight and stayed hidden. Service was a negative star is possible. Food was not even fresh after the hour long wait. To top it off we finally are paying after an hour and a half and the computers crash! There is no way to accurately describe how comically (truly started laughing since it felt like a joke as being played) bad this spot is.
